How long does it take to receive the final content?

Turnaround times depend on the scope of the project. Photography is typically delivered within 5–7 business days, while video projects generally take 7–14 business days depending on editing requirements.

POLICIES

By booking with Gold Insight Studios, you agree to all of our policies.
Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and safe experience for all clients. They cover booking, payments, cancellations, travel, client responsibilities, creative work, usage rights, and safety. Please read carefully before confirming your session.

1. Booking & Payment

1A. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the shoot date.

1B. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

1C. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer only. (Cash is not accepted.)

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2A. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

2B. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit.

2C. If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, weather), the session will be rescheduled or your deposit refunded.

3. Travel & Location Fees

3A. Travel Fees: Additional charges may apply for sessions outside of Kent or London. Travel costs are based on the ticket price from our location, plus any additional expenses (tolls, parking, etc.).

3B. Location Permits: If a public or private location requires a permit, the client is responsible for obtaining and paying for it. We can provide guidance but cannot acquire permits on your behalf.

4. Client Responsibilities

4A. Punctuality & Preparation: Clients must arrive on time and communicate any special requests in advance.

4B. Props & Personal Items: Let us know in advance if you are bringing props or require a specific setup. We are not liable for any personal items lost or damaged during the session.

4C. Behaviour & Conduct: All clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully. Inappropriate behaviour (harassment, aggression, etc.) may result in immediate session termination without refund.

5. SERVICES OVERVIEW

5A. Photography

Includes commercial, lifestyle, events, and sports photography. Basic editing (exposure, color correction, cropping) is included. Advanced edits available for an additional fee.

5B. Videography

Minimum booking of 3 hours. Includes cinematic video production for events, commercials, social media, or brand films. One primary edit and two free revisions included.

5C. Creative Direction

Planning, consulting, moodboards, storyboards, and guidance for photography or videography sessions. Designed to ensure visual cohesion and maximize the impact of your project.

6. Deliverables & Turnaround

6A. Photography: Final images delivered within 7–10 working days via online gallery or download link. Rush delivery available at additional cost.

6B. Videography: Final edit delivered within 10–14 working days depending on project complexity. Rush delivery available at extra cost.

6C. Creative Direction materials delivered within 7–10 working days.

7. Usage & Intellectual Property

7A. Gold Insight Studios retains copyright on all photos, videos, and creative direction materials.

7B. Clients receive a personal use license for their project (social media, prints, or intended campaign). Commercial use or redistribution requires a separate license.

7C. If you prefer your content not to be used in our portfolio, promotional materials, or social media, please inform us at booking.

8. Liability & Safety

8A. While every effort is made to create a safe environment, we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during the session.

8B. Clients and guests must behave safely and follow location rules.
